Return, Exchange & Damage Policy

As our products are handmade and fragile, we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at charu@cosvaya.com with clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue. For multiple damaged items, please provide both individual and group photographs highlighting the damaged areas, along with a copy of your order invoice.

Upon verification, we will either send a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund for the affected item.

Please note that minor variations in colour, glaze, texture, shape, finish, or dimensions are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects. Small air bubbles, glaze streaks, tiny bumps, slight smudges, or minor imperfections may occur during the handmade process and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Similarly, wooden products may feature natural knots, grain variations, colour striations, or slight texture differences, which are inherent characteristics of the material and not defects.

As all Cosvaya products are handcrafted by artisans, each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the product images displayed on our website.
